5 Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time (see Section 7).

After account deletion, we may retain anonymized or aggregated data for analytical purposes and retain certain information as required by law (e.g., transaction records for financial compliance).

Backup copies may persist for up to 90 days after deletion before being fully purged from our systems.

6 Children's Privacy

Age Verification

By creating an account, you represent that you are at least 17 years of age. We implement age-verification measures during registration to help prevent minors from accessing the platform. Users in certain jurisdictions may be required to be 18 or older under applicable local laws.

Compliance with COPPA and Similar Laws

• In-App: Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account and follow the confirmation steps.

Data Retained After Deletion

Even after account deletion, we may retain certain information where required by law, such as:
